Where you can buy or drink Olin Wines

EJ Phair Ale House to pour our Cabernet by the glass

Draeger's Market in Danville (Blackhawk) to begin selling Olin Wine by the bottle

Now that the Grand Opening party is over, and the wine is tasting good, we are starting to look for restaurants and retailers to sell the wine.  We don't have  tremendous amount of wine and so we are looking for the right partners.  This week I went to Draeger's market in Danville.  WOW. This place is amazing.  Draeger's is a supermarket (think Whole Foods) with an amazing wine section that is easily four times the size of what is in my local Whole Foods.  The section is ran by Norman Medina who obviously takes great pride in his work.  The selection is amazing and the presentation is first class.  I particularly like the wine bar that is located right in the middle of the wine section.

Norman tastes 250 wines a week.  He loved the wine and agreed with me that it is a good value at $34, favorably comparing to cabs that sell for more.  I think we will do well here and I encourage you to stop by and check out their selection if you live in the area.

The EJ Phair Alehouse in downtown Concord (on the Salvio Square) is ran by good friend JJ Phair.  JJ started as a homebrewing customer with us and now owns a brewery and alehouse.  We'll be pouring Olin Wine by the glass.  At $8.75 a glass this will be a fantastic deal. I wanted a local place that served our wine by the glass so people could have easy access to try it.  Stop by and try it.  Our cab would go great paired with one of his many delicious gourmet burgers.
